不過珍奶很簡單誰不做會做

其實這篇原本要寫的昰心血來潮要做鍋貼和水餃的
但想說有做了 那記錄一下好了
重點當然是鍋貼和水餃ㄚ!!
餡料我用一樣的 ,因為英國豬肉有股天然的腥味
所以被我家一些香料和其他調味料(但沒有吃太多)
考慮大魔王喜歡吃蝦,所以我也把蝦混進去
來看看囉~!!

我大約包鍋貼20個,水餃30個 . 我買得是TESCO豬餃肉忘了看幾克 ==. 多說一句廢話是我SHRIMP是MARKET買得我只知道五磅不知道重量..
1. 高麗菜半顆 half cabbage (這個要是先做業 等等會提)
2. 豬絞肉 pork TESCO買一盒 普通大小不是一大盒!! 1 box
3. 醬油 soy sauce 1大匙 1 spoon
5. 鹽巴 salt 少許
6. 蝦仁 shrimp MARKET買 五磅 但我沒有全加 因為會變太多蝦!!!!
7. 薑末 ginger 去豬肉的味道 不要太多~
8. lime 配合蝦子去腥
9.胡椒粉 black pepper
10. 蔥 green onion

首先看到又上角的高麗菜 那是個COW腰的前置作業
UK的高麗菜又硬又不好吃,但為了大魔王要營養均衡的原因(= = 其實我很愛吃菜拉)
高麗菜先用鹽巴去水,用重物壓著1~2HR
cabbage add salt for 1 ~2 hrs, take off the water (put the heavy staffs on the cabbage its better)
記的要把高麗菜洗一洗 要不然你吃到鹹甘蔡不要怪我

after that, wash the cabbage,dont blame me if u didnt wash it and u taste like shit...

蝦子切碎.但不要太碎喔!要不會沒咬勁(大魔王很挑吃的!!),加入SALT,醬油 and lime 10到20 分鐘

切碎青蔥放到肉理面 chopped the green onion

加入蔥.薑.我有聽到有人家蒜頭...但我沒加. 醬油 胡椒粉

再來就把全部東西都加入.混合到有肉筋出來才不會散掉喔包得食後........我怎覺得這句話有英文文法= ="?
put everything together, mix until looks like the picture ,(about 5 mins non stop)

how to fried it?
1. 準備一個平底煎鍋,先將鍋子以小火燒熱大概60-70度添加適量的油 (這時候不要太高溫,或者你要關火都OK"我覺得")

2. 鍋貼依序擺入鍋中..沒有很高溫所已步會噴油你放心

3, 盡量貼平水餃放好之後將水(我家太白粉水喔. 1:3 或是更少)加入鍋中,大約到水餃的一半高度

4. 將蓋子蓋好,避免蒸氣溢出等待加熱約15分鐘 cover the pot , 15 mins cook.

5. 鍋中水聲消失,即可關火打開鍋蓋,將煎餃起鍋即可享用

紅茶泡好加入牛奶和冰塊
最後到近珍珠理面
